Discountrader USA Return Policy

 

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition.  We are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an order.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages unless an error was made by us. All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as “delivered” to our facility. Once received, please allow 4-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
